Creative Direction & Design that Drives Connection

I bring over 7 years of experience in advertising and have been designing for 15 years. Currently, I serve as the Art Director & Creative Lead at Dentsu (Uruguay) in the  local creative agency Suárez&Clavera. In this role, I lead the design team and play a key role in the creative department across various projects for both local and international brands.

My expertise goes beyond design—I work as a creative advisor across all areas a brand needs in its communication, both consumer-facing and internal. I focus on the creation of advertising campaigns, digital and traditional graphic materials, multimedia animations, TV ads, and web content across diverse platforms.

One of my proudest achievements is having won new clients through ideas that not only boosted their business but also addressed important, often overlooked topics such as mental health, wellness, and social responsibility.

As a leader in the design department, I thrive on fostering a collaborative work environment. I enjoy mentoring and sharing every skill and tool I’ve learned throughout my career to support the growth of the next generation of designers.

I’m passionate about innovation and continuously explore ways to integrate emerging AI tools to improve workflow, expand our creative resources, and drive meaningful results for clients.
